Mr Posnett completed his MSc in applied marine sciences in 2011 and began working for the Perth based environmental consultancy, MScience, in 2012. He now holds the position of senior scientist with 6 years experience in field based marine studies, specialising in water quality monitoring and benthic habitat assessments. He has successfully managed large sampling studies for assessing benthic habitats, water and sediment quality in the Pilbara and Kimberly Regions. Mr Posnett is highly skilled in the use of field equipment, including a wide variety of water quality instruments, towed video and vessel deployed sediment collection devices.
